Founded in 1954, Frantz & Russell has spent over 70 years earning the trust of families, farms, businesses, and municipalities across western New York and northwestern Pennsylvania. What started as a small septic service operation in the Jamestown area has grown into one of the region's most reliable providers of portable restroom rentals and septic system services.
Since 1977, the company has been owned and operated by the Palmer Family of Russell and Warren, PA. Now in its second generation of family ownership, Frantz & Russell remains rooted in the same values that have defined the business from the beginning: honest work, fair pricing, and a genuine commitment to the communities we serve.
